Miley Cyrus got a new tattoo on Thursday by none other than celebrity tattoo artist Kat Von D. The tattoo is of two arrows criss crossing each other at their middles and it resides on her right arm just above the elbow. So, what does that tattoo mean? In Native American culture it represents friendship. This wasn't any ordinary job though, the tattoo was a custom one picked out by Kat Von D especially for the 20-year-old former "Hannah Montana" star. Cyrus already has quite a few tattoos, but this is her first by Kat.
Now we're left wondering what friendship does Miley want to be honoring with this sophisticated body art - could it be her and her fiance, Liam Hemsworth's everlasting bond? We have to mention that Hemsworth is a star of "The Hunger Games" where his character is skilled and crafty with a bow and arrow.
