Charlie Sheen has once again come to help out Lindsay Lohan. Last fall the 47-year-old paid $100,000 towards Lohans late tax bill, and this year he is at it again. Sheen paid for half the cost of a dress Lohan wore to a Fashion Week amfAR gala. The two met on the set of "Scary Movie 5" last year, and this recent donation comes as somewhat of a surprise. When Sheen gave her the money for the tax bill last year he told Entertainment Tonight that he was still waiting for her to say thank you. Regardless though, Sheen has been in the business of helping people lately. He recently gave money toward a funeral for a paparazzo who died while trying to get a picture of Justin Bieber. He also helped pay the medical expenses of a Los Angeles police officer's daughter, who has a rare form of cancer. Also, in July 2012 he announced he would be donating 1% of his profits from "Anger Management" to USO, a non-profit troops support services group.
