Kim Kardashian has finally had her day in court, and luckily for Kim, she came out on the winning side - well kinda, for now anyway. Today a Los Angeles judge ruled that the divorce case between Kim and Kris Humphries must go to trial as soon as possible, which ended up being May 6. Humphries has been trying to postpone the trial until the end of the NBA season, in June. However, in June Kim will be about ready to go into labor with her first child with Kanye West.
Anyway, the trial is probably going to last about 5 days. The judge assigned to the case is judge Scott Gordon, who has experience with famous couples splitting up (Gordon presided over Britney Spears' divorce from Kevin Federline). As for witnesses, Kim is expected to have three people testify in her favor, while Kris is somewhere between three and five.
Who knows, maybe the two will settle out of court before it has to go to trial.
