Lohan Is Too Sick To Make A Court Appearance, Obviously

Lindsay Lohan was supposed to appear in court on Wednesday in Santa Monica for a pre-trial hearing in relation to when she lied to police about her car accident in June 2012. Lohan is now saying that she is way to sickly to make the cross country flight from New York to California to appear in court. Her lawyer has submitted documents saying she is too sick to fly. The actress apparently is under the weather with an upper respiratory infection. Since her lawyer is top notch he even included an article from The New York Post about the flu epidemic in New York dated January 11th.

However, Lohan appeared in great health on Saturday when she was seen in SoHo shopping and smoking cigarettes. A judge could issue a warrant for her arrest if she fails to appear.
