Is Miley Cyrus A Wifey?

The March 2013 issue of Cosmopolitan features Miley Cyrus on the cover as well as a very intense interview with her. In the interview Cyrus calls Liam Hemsworth her "hubby." So, were the two married or is she just using the term loosely? In the interview Cyrus was asked about the best aspects of her life, and she listed her relationship with Hemsworth at the very top.  Cyrus said "Number one is my relationship with Liam. That’s what I feel the most confident in." Back in June Hewsworth also referred to the couple saying "we're married" when he made an acceptance speech at the Australians In Film Awards & Benefit Dinner and after he said it a shocked Cyrus screamed out "we will be." Also, over the holidays the duo was seen wearing rings that could indicate they are married.
